Frost | Winter Comfort Shoe
I have wide feet and bunions, so most shoes pinch by lunchtime. These have real room in the toes and I can slip them on without bending down, which my back appreciates.
Bought these for our walking holiday in Portugal. Cobblestones, hills, 15,000 steps a day, and not one blister. My husband kept asking why I was not complaining.
Twelve hour shifts on a hospital floor and my feet used to throb in the car on the way home. Three weeks in these and that has stopped. I ordered a second pair for my sister.
Description
Warm, soft and steady on icy days
Frost is built for the cold months, when a simple walk to the mailbox or the car can feel risky. A warm faux-fur lining keeps feet cosy in freezing temperatures, while the non-slip sole grips wet pavement, snow and ice.
- Warm lining — soft fur reaches all the way inside the shoe, so feet stay warm all day.
- Lightweight — comfortable enough for everyday wear, indoors or out.
- Flexible fit — moulds to the shape of your foot.
- Machine washable — pop them in a bag and run a short, gentle cycle.
- Non-slip sole — confident footing on wet or icy streets.
- Waterproof — rain, snow and puddles are no problem.
60-Day Money Back Guarantee
If Frost isn't the right fit for you, return it within 60 days in its original condition for a full refund.

Care instructions
Wander shoes are made to be worn, not babied. A few minutes of care keeps them looking good for years.
Cleaning
Wipe the upper with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. For knit uppers, use a soft brush in small circles. Rinse the cloth, wipe again, and let them dry on their own.
Drying
Always air dry at room temperature, away from radiators, heaters and direct sun. Heat hardens the foam in the midsole and shortens the life of the shoe. Stuffing them with newspaper speeds things up and helps them keep their shape.
What to avoid
No washing machine, no tumble dryer, no bleach. These break down the adhesives that hold the sole to the upper.
The insoles
Lift them out every few weeks, let them air overnight, and put them back in the morning. If you wear your shoes daily, replacing the insole once a year brings back most of the original cushioning.
Between wears
Give each pair a day off if you can. Foam needs about 24 hours to fully recover, which is one of the reasons a second pair lasts longer than one pair worn twice as often.

How to measure
Stand on paper with your heel to a wall, late in the day. Mark your longest toe, measure from the wall. Use the longer foot.

Room for your toes to sit flat and relaxed. Every style is available in wide and extra wide, so you don't have to size up just to feel comfortable.
Durable, everyday-ready build
Made to handle daily wear without breaking down early, so the comfort you feel on day one is still there months later.
Slip resistant outsole
Rated for wet and oily floors. Tested on real hospital corridors.
Breathable, lightweight materials
Keeps feet cool and reduces fatigue, so long days don't leave your feet feeling heavy or overheated.

Most of my patients on their feet all day come in with the same two problems: no arch support, and shoes too narrow for their toes to sit flat.

Karen, ER nurseBefore you order
Do they run true to size?
Yes. Order your usual size.
Can I wear them on a hospital or kitchen floor?
Yes. The outsole is slip resistant on wet and oily surfaces and the upper is fluid resistant.
Can I use my own orthotics?
Yes. The insole lifts out and the footbed is flat, so custom orthotics sit level.
How long does it take to break them in?
Wear them 3 to 4 hours a day for the first week, then all day from week two.
What if they do not work out for me?
Send them back within 60 days for a full refund, worn or not.
Your next shift starts either way.
The only question is whether your feet will still be talking to you at the end of it.
