Sizing and fit
Do Wander shoes run true to size?
Yes. Order the size you normally wear. Between sizes? Go up half a size, our toe box is roomy by design.
Are they good for wide feet?
Every Wander shoe has a wide toe box as standard, so most people with wide feet do not need a special width.
What if the size is wrong?
We send the new size first, free, and you return the first pair with the prepaid label inside the box.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within one business day. Delivery in the US usually takes 5 to 8 business days, the UK and Canada 6 to 10.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. You can also use the track order page in the menu.
Returns
What is your return policy?
60 days to try them, at home or outside. Not happy? Send them back for a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
We do. Every order includes a prepaid return label.
The shoes
Can I use my own insoles?
Yes. The insole lifts out, so custom orthotics fit without changing the size.
How do I clean them?
Hand wash with mild soap and lukewarm water, then air dry away from heat. No washing machine.
