Wander - BareFlex Pro
I have wide feet and bunions, so most shoes pinch by lunchtime. These have real room in the toes and I can slip them on without bending down, which my back appreciates.
Bought these for our walking holiday in Portugal. Cobblestones, hills, 15,000 steps a day, and not one blister. My husband kept asking why I was not complaining.
Twelve hour shifts on a hospital floor and my feet used to throb in the car on the way home. Three weeks in these and that has stopped. I ordered a second pair for my sister.

How to measure
Stand on paper with your heel to a wall, late in the day. Mark your longest toe, measure from the wall. Use the longer foot.

Why Wander shoes work
Cushioned support that lasts all day
A structured footbed absorbs impact with every step, so your feet feel fresh whether you're standing, walking, or on your feet for hours.
True-to-size, wide-friendly fit
Room for your toes to sit flat and relaxed. Every style is available in wide and extra wide, so you don't have to size up just to feel comfortable.
Durable, everyday-ready build
Made to handle daily wear without breaking down early, so the comfort you feel on day one is still there months later.
Slip resistant outsole
Rated for wet and oily floors. Tested on real hospital corridors.
Breathable, lightweight materials
Keeps feet cool and reduces fatigue, so long days don't leave your feet feeling heavy or overheated.

Most of my patients on their feet all day come in with the same two problems: no arch support, and shoes too narrow for their toes to sit flat.

Do they run true to size?
Yes. Order your usual size.
Can I wear them on a hospital or kitchen floor?
Yes. The outsole is slip resistant on wet and oily surfaces and the upper is fluid resistant.
Can I use my own orthotics?
Yes. The insole lifts out and the footbed is flat, so custom orthotics sit level.
How long does it take to break them in?
Wear them 3 to 4 hours a day for the first week, then all day from week two.
What if they do not work out for me?
Send them back within 60 days for a full refund, worn or not.
Your next shift starts either way.
The only question is whether your feet will still be talking to you at the end of it.
